A Place to Arrive: Gentle & Therapeutic Yoga - An Experiential Workshop Rooted in Yogic Wisdom

A Place to Arrive: Gentle & Therapeutic Yoga - An Experiential Workshop Rooted in Yogic Wisdom

Shikha Pasrija, C-IAYT, invites you to slow down, arrive, and meet yoga as a lived practice. Yoga understands the body as a living system where breath, nervous system, emotions, mind, and awareness influence one another. This workshop explores these layers through direct experience, with a pace that shapes how we move, feel, and relate to life. The focus is not on how practice looks, but on how it feels, met with presence and ease.

    We will explore:
  • - Gentle and therapeutic ways of structuring practice
  • - Yoga philosophy as a lived, embodied experience
  • - Inclusive practices adapted to meet participants where they are
  • - Somatic movement supporting nervous system regulation
  • - Breath as a guide for awareness rather than control

Practices are experienced in the body first, with space for reflection and integration. The pace and structure naturally support rest, inward reflection, and clarity.
