Join Laura for a restorative yoga class enhanced by the healing energy of reiki. You can expect gentle movements before settling into supported poses and stillness. You’ll spend several minutes in each shape as Laura, who is a Reiki Master, gives reiki to each participant. The combination of restorative yoga and energy healing can help you balance, reset, and fully relax the body and mind. Class will conclude with a guided meditation and final relaxation.
What is Reiki? Reiki is an energy healing technique that uses gentle hand movements to facilitate the flow of energy throughout the body. It can help reduce stress, promote relaxation and provide healing to our physical and emotional well being.
HIIT, Yin, and Release with Richard Gartner
Prepare, maximize, and wind down in meaningful and research-backed ways. In this workshop, we spend time preparing our joints and connective tissues, as well as priming our lymphatic system. HIIT routines have been shown to increase cardiac fitness and blood health. Yin Yoga helps release tight connective tissues and has been shown to decrease stress.
After age 30, we begin to lose as much as 5% muscle mass per decade. We also lose bone density, elasticity and lymphatic flow. A thoughtful, well-designed routine can slow these processes down, and may reverse some. Richard has designed an exercise template that feels safe and effective for him, and has grounded this routine with six studies on exercise and aging.
Kundalini Yoga for Clearing and Strengthening your Aura with Leta
Strengthen, expand and clear your Aura with the Kriya (actions), Mantra (chanting), Mudra (hand gestures) and Yantra (geometric designs) practices of Kundalini Yoga. The Aura is composed of the metaphysical and electromagnetic fields that envelop your body. It acts as both a shield and a net: protecting you from negativity and harm while drawing in positive people and opportunities. Students of all levels of experience are welcome to participate. The session will end with a healing Gong Bath. Workshop can be attended via Zoom.
Mindfulness, Meditation, and Transformational Breathwork
Join Joni to learn practices to clear your mind, calm your nervous system, and cultivate healing. The workshop includes a lecture about the impact of stress on our bodies and minds and the positive effects of mindfulness and meditation. Joni will guide you in a handful of practices designed to help you emotionally regulate and focus attention, as well as deeper practices to bring unprocessed emotions into a place where you can start to learn to let go. No experience is necessary. Continuing education credits are available for yoga teachers, social workers, and licensed professional counselors.
Crystal Sound Bath and Meditation on the Labyrinth
Come join in this special evening of harmony and self-discovery with Abby Ritter, LPC, E-RYT 500, AHC and Marcia Ritter LMT, RYT-500, Reiki Master and labyrinth facilitator.
Unwind, revitalize, and find balance within as you embark on this unique crystal bowl meditation within the embrace of a candlelit labyrinth. During this time together you will learn how the labyrinth can be used as a meditative tool for self-reflection and inner guidance. You will then be guided through a candle lit walk and end with a crystal bowl meditation on the labyrinth—helping to settle the mind and facilitate a journey deep within to find a sense of inner peace, transformation, and renewal.

Richard Gartner reviews the muscular anatomy of the upper body. He then guides students through dynamic exercises that both strengthen and release the entire upper back and arms.
