How are we limiting the spread of COVID?
In person classes require that you are vaccinated and that you make an advanced reservation as we limit the number of attendees. Masks must be worn in the lobby and students must maintain a distance of six feet or more in the classrooms.
One class - $20, Five classes - $75, 15 classes - $150. Purchases can be used at any of our locations and are valid for one year from their purchase date.
Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover are accepted on our website. Cash and checks are accepted at the schools.
Classes and workshops are non-refundable.
We have one yoga studio in Squirrel Hill (Pittsburgh) at Murray Avenue and Phillips and another in the North Hills on the drive up to Ross Park Mall.
The North Hills school has a free parking lot. The Squirrel Hill yoga school has a paid parking lot and on-street parking. After 5 PM and Sundays, parking is free.
Do you heat your classrooms to a high temperature?
We keep our classrooms at a comfortable temperature. If you like to sweat, we recommend attending the Ashtanga Yoga classes. We don't need to heat the room to a high temperature to make you sweat!
What's the best time to begin prenatal yoga classes?
You may begin attending Prenatal Yoga classes at any point in your pregnancy. If you have any special health concerns, talk with your doctor prior to attending class. Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to be safe, gentle and beneficial. They are a low-impact way to stay in shape and prepare mentally and physically for labor.
How old should my baby be before s/he attends the Baby & Me class?
Your baby is welcome to attend the Baby & Me class at any age (newborns too)! As long as you, the caregiver, feel ready to stretch and get back in shape, then you and your child will both be fine in the class.
