6-7:15am, Squirrel Hill location
beginning on Thursday, May 15th

Class Changes
Beginning May 19th, the Monday morning Shadyside Yoga 1 and Gentle/Meditation will become one class: Yoga1/Meditation. Class time will be 9-10:30am.
